I am not great with dentists and had to visit for various treatments recently. I have always been seen as a emergency and not had to wait very long. My dentist is fab, he is calm, informative and always very helpful. I don’t enjoy the experience but he is the best dentist l have ever had. He is trying to keep my teeth in tip top condition which is a ask at my age.
Since a child, I've always had a fear of the dentist. I can honestly say that although I'm still slightly nervous at each visit, these fears fade very quickly thanks to the kindness and professionalism of Rehan Ghaffar. I would highly recommend the Grange Park practice, to anyone who is feeling slightly apprehensive at the thought of a visit to the dentist.
I have sent emails regarding appointments that have previously been replied to but the last two have not. I then call the dentist at 08.10 when the website states the dentist is open and it rings out, with no answer.
Registered back in October, was told they’d be in touch regarding our first appointment. After waiting contacted them recently to be told they aren’t taking new patients on, despite they’re website clearly saying they are. Very misleading and poor customer service.
At the tender age of 52 i've seen a few dentists over the years. this is without doubt the best one in every way. My whole family now uses this dentist surgery without complaint. they have gone out of their way to fit us in with emergencies and the dentists themselves explain stuff to you along with options so you an make informed choices if required and understand what is going to happen when the chair goes back.
I cannot praise them highly enough, even my two kids don't mind going!
Can't make an appointment as they never pick up the phone rang for 17 minutes, i gave up, don't take calls or visits between 12:30 & 13:30 as they close for lunch. Had a check up for which I required a filling the first emergency appointment was 6 months away, which subsequently got cancelled as the hygienist who does the fillings! was sick.
